Hi! I have been living with Fibromyalgia (FM), chronic pain and fatigue for 10 years. I find yoga helpful for managing my conditions and have been wanting to share my experience with the others. I met a group of nice people with FM last year and got the idea of setting up a yoga support group ourselves so that we can do gentle yoga and share our experience. I conducted a group in downtown last year and the experience was very positive. The support from members gave me energy to carry on. I set up this Meet up page hoping to connect with more people with FM and/or other chronic conditions out there. Do come and join our meet up, or stay connected as our online network member. Each meet up lasts for around 1.5 hr. That includes relaxation, yoga postures practices adapted to your unique conditions, breathing exercise and/or meditation. Sharing of personal experience and resources are encouraged but no one is obliged to disclose anything personal unless you feel comfortable.
