SurfSTRONG is a fundraiser to support cancer survivors and their families. Now surfers can have a positive impact on the quality of life for others by doing what they love - surf!

My name is James Loren and my girlfriend died from cancer. Just this year, 2 members of my family were diagnosed. The American Cancer Society estimates that close to 1.5 million Americans will be diagnosed with cancer in 2009. Given this staggering statistic, it's quite possible that you've also been affected in one form or another by this disease.

We can help reverse the growing trend of cancer cases by taking action now. SurfSTRONG is an opportunity for everyone to make a difference in other people's lives. It's up to us!
