I understand schedule, bands, workshops, teachers and venue is subject to change. My registration is a donation that is not refundable but transferable up until November 24. Photo/Video Release Form I hereby give permission for images of myself, captured during regular activities, at the San Francisco Balboa Festival, through video, photo, & digital camera to be used solely by San Francisco Balboa Festival for promotional material & video distribution, & waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
