Phalcon + Search Engine Optimisation for Javascript

Hey Everyone!

Looking forward to seeing everyone who's able to make it along to this months meetup!

This month we'll be hearing a bit about the 'fastest PHP framework', Phalcon as well as some front end SEO for single page applications in JavaScript.

As always we'll have open mic and Q&A!  If you have an idea or would like to talk about something then come on down to the King Street Brewhouse on Thursday 27th!

Hope to see you there!

      I haven't seen one either. It appears that information isn't available for any of these courses on edx. You might need to email the linuxfoundation. Sorry I cant be of more help!

    Hey Guys. Today was my first meetup. Thanks for sharing. It's really nice to meet new people. This is kinda embarrassing, but did anyone in the meetup happen to see a Samsung Galaxy Note? It's a crappy phone but I have my son's photos on it, so it would be a shame to lose it. Thanks a lot.

      I got my phone back this afternoon, thanks to Frank. He's also in the meetup. But somehow I couldn't find him on the attendees list.

    To the question about classes in Phalcon extending Phalcon classes:

    class IndexController extends ControllerBase

    class ControllerBase extends \Phalcon\Mvc\Controller

    There is a list of built in classes at:
    http://docs.phalconphp.com/en/1.2.6/api/index.html

    The Album demo is at:
    http://blog.phalconphp.com/post/37515965262/sample-application-album-orama

    And I found the Volt documentation:
    http://docs.phalconphp.com/en/latest/reference/volt.html

      Thanks Peter. I think the original question was whether Phalcon classes are extendable. The answer would be yes, since according to the documentation, none of the classes is final.

      It would be no different than extending some of the PDO or SPL classes.

    Nice seeing like minded people and having a chat. Would have loved a little more technical talks though.
