Spark Meetup September@Macquarie Government

Welcome to the September 2016 Spark Meetup.

Macquarie Government (Part of Macquarie Telecom) will be generously hosting us for this meetup. We have two presentations from our guest speakers.

1. Using Spark with NoSQL Databases (MapR-DB)

Adrian from MapR technologies will be presenting on how Spark had been used in production together with NoSQL Databases (MapR-DB in this instance).

2. Adrien:

Adrien is a senior consultant from Servian who had years of experience working with variety of ETL softwares. He will share his experience in zero-coding Spark using Talend for accomplishing some of the data plumbing workloads. We will also have a dive into the code generation behind the scene.
