Apache Spark 101 and Smart Cities and Big Data

In this meetup we will cover two separate topics.

The first one will introduce Apache Spark one of the fast developing open-source (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open-source_software) cluster computing frameworks.

The second one will show an example how Big Data could help us build smart cities. We will share an end to end architectural overview of a potential live solution with live demo.
