Sydney Interactive Arts Meetup #3

Come join us at the Michael Crouch Innovation Centre on UNSW main campus for meetup #3! There will be a talk about the poetics of space in digital environments by Cuauhtemoc Moreno and an interactive ambient music demo by DJ Squiggle.

The Michael Crouch Innovation Centre is a great venue with an integrated makerspace, and operates on the premise that everyone is an innovator and everyone is welcome. Feel free to explore the centre on the night!

6:40PM - Intro (we'll be starting a little later than usual to give people a bit more time to get to the venue after work.)

6:45PM - Talk #1: "Poetics of Space in Digital Environments" by Cuauhtemoc Moreno, creative coder and game designer based in Sydney.

7:15PM - Lightning talk: "Ethernet audio digital to analog converter preview" by Sam Johnson

7:25 Demo: "RePlayScape - A demonstration of interactive ambient music"
by DJ Squiggle, who will be speaking about & demoing an interactive music system he created to remix with his mother who has dementia.

7:45PM - Outro, drinks & networking
