“Intrapreneur” is an employee of a large company or a Government agency who is running or promoting a “startup within an enterprise” – a highly innovative project that promises great returns or great savings.

An intrapreneur can focus their energy on a new product, or on using new tools and processes to support and improve existing products. In all cases intrapreneurs have to rely on their vision, on “validated learning” through the project and on gradually building the support rather than on case studies of similar projects, massive budgets and “default” vendors.

It is a universal belief that new Information Technologies will enable dramatic transformation of enterprises. We will meet to discuss opportunities, methods and the ways to adapt “Lean Startup” philosophy to the enterprise.
