2016 Running and Walking Group

This Running group is for anyone who loves running walking and enjoys getting fit in the outdoors while meeting new people and training for the upcoming fun runs walks and charity events in 2016 and raising funds for charities.

Plus we are starting training in February 2016 for the upcoming running and charity walks of the year.

I will be charging a $2.00 fee for this event and for any payments towards Fun runs you can pay you're self under you’re name or join us as a team to receive a discount.

We meet at different locations to train for the events plus we can also stop along the way and have breakfast and coffee after our run or walk.

The details will be updated every Wednesday and Saturday so keep an eye out for these events plus if you like to receive some group fitness training sessions which I will also be providing please email me for details.

If you like to join us make sure you bring your running gear and water bottle and you’re more than welcome to take photos so we can post them on the site.
