Lean Startup Principals "The secret sauce for getting started"

You may have heard the term "Lean startup" kicked around, you may have heard people talking about MVP's and pivots and alike. If you have or even if you haven't but want to understand more about this growing movement of people who have a fresh approach to starting a business that costs less money, takes less time and is much more fun then come along to this introductory talk on Lean Startups.

Steve Butterworth (@stevewillbe) is an experienced web developer having learnt to love coding during the dot-com boom of the late 90's. In recent years he has been responsible for the technology behind several startups some more successful than others. He is currently working on his own Suffolk based startup Flumes, a social analytics platform and is a regular speaker at IPRUG (@IPRUG) and FESuffolk (@FESuffolk).

Boydlee (@boydleep) is the organiser and one of the main speakers for Europe’s first Titanium mobile developer conference: tiConf (http://2013.ticonf.eu/), which is now expanding to the USA and Australia. He has presented numerous times at the Titanium London Meetup and at various Mobile Monday events in the UK and Australia. He has written two books on Titanium Mobile development and is an experience mobile developer who runs his own small agency in Norwich which his partner Hannah, called "Tipsy & Tumbler Limited".

Boydlee will present an introductory session on Appcelerator Titanium – what it is, how to use it, and how you can build mobile-native, enterprise grade mobile applications for both iOS and Android using only JavaScript. It will be a general overview of the platform, the standards being introduced, and a general rundown of how Titanium
works and how it can work for the developer.
