The Syracuse Happy Hour Adventure Group's focus is on the "HAPPY" part of getting out together around town – we keep the focus light and concentrate on just having fun as a group. We currently have over 500 members that are made up of couples and singles with an age range from 20’s – 60’s. There are always people to meet up with at an event so once you join you’ll never have to go out by yourself or stay home alone again if you don’t want to.

The organizers of this group are very active and work diligently to provide a wide array of events that appeal to everyone! In addition to planning happy hours of course, we attend special events and festivals that the community offers. We are also known to play volleyball in the park and to participate in leagues. Dollar bowling anyone? How about a movie and/or dinner, ice skating, skiing, a hayride or perhaps a Crunch game or comedy show? I think you get the picture – the sky is the limit! We especially enjoy having house parties from time to time that includes playing cards, games or just watching a movie. We've also been known to plan a trip or two…wine tours, weekend getaways. Oh yes, we even do events that can include our dogs from time to time.

In addition, we encourage members to be involved in making suggestions for events. Members can even host an event if they desire. If you have a special interest just let one of the organizers know.

So…If you’re new in town, starting a new phase in life or just want to meet some new people and have some fun then this group is for you! If you are looking for ways to make friends, we can assure you that you will. We understand that you may be a little hesitant about getting out there for the first time or two, don’t worry, we’ll go out of our way to make you feel welcome, then you’re family.
