We will be starting in downtown Syracuse at 2:30 hash time on Saturday, Sept 21! That means the run will not start until 3:30-ish. We will have a catered BBQ chicken dinner with vegetarian alternative roughly around 6pm (included as a part of your registration fee). DO NOT miss this one!!
Red Dress Runs are a fantastic hashing tradition. The Washington, DC, San Diego, and Las Vegas Red Dress Runs attract 500+ people every year. They are typically the same distance as a weekly hash run but the event lasts for hours, with a lot more people and a fun charity benefit! In addition to the running part, think Halloween, Mardi Gras, and New Year's all wrapped up in one glorious day.
We HIGHLY encourage you to share this fun event with even the most casual hashers!!
Run fee includes grub, beer, hairy legs, vegetarian chow, beer, and benefits this year’s designated charity, Vera House in Syracuse.
Vera House is a comprehensive domestic and sexual violence service agency providing shelter, advocacy, and counseling services for women, children & men, education and prevention programs and community coordination. We are setting a goal of raising at least $1,000, and to help achieve it, we’ll hold raffles during the event and allow you to make an extra contribution when you complete your payment.
