This group (formerly TACDEP) is dedicated to bringing together all people interested and/or active in creating movies together. If you have creative talent related to making movies or films, whether in front of the camera or behind it, this group is for you.

We are a dynamic group of Tacoma and area creative types interested and involved in all aspects of movie making and production. We include actors, directors, editors, sound people, and other creatives of all types including set dressers, production designers, line producers, and even just extras!

We aim to create a vibrant community of local moviemakers and creatives, support each other through networking in realizing our creative visions, thus allowing us to express our individual unique talents.

Where possible, we will also organize movie screenings of local independent motion pictures.
