This will be an introduction to Tai Ji or Tai Chi.
A 2000 year old art. It is a moving meditation & can be practiced well into ones 80 's & beyond.
It is great for; improving, health, stamina, balance coordination, peace of mind & self- defense. It's fun too!
Basic principles , movements, philosophy & applications will be covered.
The class is open to all level & style of players. It is designed for the beginning to intermediate player. Advanced players are encourage to attend & assist with teaching the newer players
