Any trauma is terror plus helplessness, whether it's a sibling tearing apart your stuff animal when you were young, the betrayal of a loved one in abuse, or unfathomable experiences of war. They all can lead to the same response, your brain downloads all the information and it would be beneficical to discharge and release the 'frozen' brain repsonse.This is not just any group meeting, it is a call from your spirit to finally heal. You deserve a fabulous life.
