I know first-hand what TBI is and it's many effects.  

Let's get our "brains" together (pun intended) to learn, validate, support, laugh, problem solve & gain techniques to feel successful in this fast-paced, sometimes overwhelming world.

Have you ever asked yourself:

-- Is this for real or am I making it up, dramatizing?

-- What tips, skills, strategies and techniques can I learn/use to overcome or     deal with the effects of my brain injury?

-- I've learned so much, can others benefit from what I've learned?

-- What must I accept "as is" for at least a period of time?

-- It's been x months, why is this taking so long to....?

-- Where do I find people who "get it"? 

-- I must find ways to have "fun again"? 

-- What now?  Can I return to my job/career?  When?

-- How best can I support my loved one/friend?
