RULES OF THUMB FOR HEURISTIC REVIEWS

We hear a lot more about heuristics these days, even from clients.

Why? Is this term simply a new buzzword to replace the term best-practice?

Which or who's heuristics?

Should an heuristic review be qualitative or quantitative? And how?
