We are a Twin Cities group for everyone interested in fun, usually in a child friendly atmosphere, and we really do include aunts! We are family friendly, but anyone who might enjoy the activities we offer is welcome to join us. Some of our activities will be for adults only (we parents love our kids but do need our alone time too). 

Our events are often free or low cost. We cover many areas from museums to the great outdoors.  We love the MN History Society locations, state park and 3 River activities, the science museum, and many other things.We are headquartered in Bloomington, but attend events all over the Twin Cities area and sometimes around the state.

Already planned for this year - we are looking forward to Winter on the Hill (James J. Hill house), hiking in Hyland Park, Omnifest, State Park Maple Tapping, orienteering, Tripoli rocket launch day, Chinese New Year, and many other things.

Why this Meetup group? My family is busy many weekends and evenings, often dragging along an aunt, grandfather, or some other friend on our adventures. Personally I think we have great taste- and we always have great fun! I am continuously amazed with what the Twin Cities has to offer and wish other people knew about the hidden gems we often find. I have looked for other groups with the diversity and scheduling that suits us and…I decided I had to setup my own group.

Our group now has many great members. Some have young children, some are just young at heart but we all love to get out and meet new people! We have more than 10 meetups scheduled for the next few weeks and have already had a few this year.
