Malibu Creek State Park Moonlight Hike

Come experience Malibu Creek at night,where we will be serenaded by the songs of crickets, frogs, and coyotes;while the bright stars and moonlight cast their light and shadow's on the rocks and trees in the stillness of the night.
The hike will be slow paced with 6 miles, 500 gain round trip,and the event will 2 1/2 Hours.
We will hike to the Mash Film site and then turn around and return.
Please bring , day pack, basic first aid kit, bug spray, 2 quart's of water, sweater, Boots, and head lamp.
Rain, extreme fire danger,or high winds cancels.
Directions: Exit 101 fwy at Las Virgenes Rd in Calabasas.
Head south four miles to where the light/intersection is Mulholland.
Cross Mulholland and 40 feet on your right is the park entrance.
Look for big" Malibu Creek State Park" sign on the your right.
Turn right to enter the park.
When you enter the park, you are going to pay $12.00 to the Ranger at the entrance station. After you do this,drive into the park. There will be a large parking lot when you pass the entrance station on you left. DO NOT ENTER THIS!
Go to the second very large parking on your left. I WILL BE STANDING AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE SECOND PARKING LOT, DIRECTING PEOPLE IN. IF YOU DON'T SEE ME STANDING AT THE PARKING LOT ENTRANCE, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG PARKING LOT!
We will meeting at 7:00 pm in the Park.
