Making the world a better place has been a persistent idea in human history, but surprisingly few groups have attempted this strategically and effectively. We will run a series of activities which explain the ideas of the effective altruism movement. We will discuss and debate, and help each other put our plans into action. We are looking for people who are intelligent, open-minded, and who have a strong drive to make the world a better place for everyone.

We plan and run our meetings independently but we are part of THINK, a newly-formed network of similar groups across the world. Read about the project here:
