Toasters and Roasters - Poolside BBQ Party!

If you are a Toastmaster from the San Francisco Bay Area, then you are invited to join us for a delightful POOLSIDE POTLUCK BBQ party, with your family and friends. (kids are welcome)

We conduct the monthly potluck BBQ parties during summer so that we Toastmasters get to meet each other, learn to improve our social communication skills (how to make small talk) and have lots of fun in a friendly social environment.

PARTY AGENDA:

4:00 pm – MEET & EAT: It is a potluck so bring a food item/ drinks to share with others. Meet fellow TM members, discuss your clubs/ culture, hobbies, interests and make new friends.

5:30 pm – LISTEN & SPEAK: Listen and learn about tips to improve social communication skills, practice giving toasts and roasts or participate in an open mic. session where you can share any interesting topics, news or jokes.

6:30 pm – FUN & GAMES: Includes sing along sessions, improv games, showcase your special talents, and join in some dancing. Let's show people that toastmasters can also be fun-masters!

8:00 pm - PARTY ENDS: Don't forget to bring your swimsuits so that you can swim in the heated pool or chill out in the hot-tub before you leave.

The Oak Creek Club does charge a $5 cover per person to use its facilities, but if you cannot pay due to extreme financial hardships (proof required), we will make the hosts pay on behalf of you :)
