Become involved with ongoing research, experimentation, learning, workshops, work parties, and other enriching fun events as a small hilly farm homestead, Rabbit Hole Hollow, undergoes a transformation, evolving and demonstrating strategies of human beings co-creating with nature. The plan orients around raising and training a team of oxen, creating ways for them to contribute to homesteading life as they grow from a pair tiny 100 pound calves to 2000 pound worker companions. This meetup encompasses many homesteading, self sufficiency topics including food production from plant and animals, alternative building methods, evolving greater efficiency, fertility, and variety as the years go by.

Look under the pages tab for info on oxen and other homestead topics.
