By actively advocating conflict prevention / management and alternative dispute resolution - and giving a public voice to the professionals dedicated to it - we heighten awareness of the many benefits of conflict management as a proactive approach to avoiding litigation when possible. We accomplish this by engaging, informing and educating families and the general public - at home, school and work.
