$-Gardening With Nature - 10 week Class at Foothills Adult School

10 week class on Thursday nights 6-9p, starting 9/11/14. Learn about permaculture, fruit trees, site assessments, soils, propagation, and more. Only $49! Taught by Ben Kotnik, instructor at Cuyamaca and City Colleges, Chairman of CRFG-SD. Class is consistently highly rated with many repeat students. Only offered in fall and winter. Now is your chance! Several TOPpers have taken the class and can tell you more about it. A blend of concepts, design, applications, and detailed specifics. Highlights include integrated soil-building techniques, mathematical approaches to irrigation and design, and info about nearly all the types of fruit trees that grow here in SD. Something for the beginner and the advanced. One student called this class a "spiritual experience that opened my eyes to the possibilities of how nature and I can work wonders together."

As Ben says, if you're not gardening with nature, then what the heck are you doing?!?

I have taken this class a couple of times already and might just show up for a 3rd run. Ben always adds new material and it helps to hear things over and over again. As our knowledge grows, we can understand presented material on a deeper level. Highly recommend this class!

I too have taken the class repeatedly, and have each time learned something new, and gained deeper understanding of the subjects covered. Ben taught many tricks that were not only time saving, and water saving, but money saving too. This class is a steal!
