Meetup to practice West Coast Swing Dancing.
West Coast Swing is a smooth, stylish, *sexy* style of Swing Dancing that's done to all kinds of music...from Blues to Pop to R&B and Hip Hop. Like all social dance forms it relies on communication between the partners (lead and follow skills), but in West Coast there's so much more room for the Follower (the woman) to add her own interpretation.
It's a challenging dance to learn, but you don't have to know a lot of patterns to get out dancing. Beginners can, and do, dance with more advanced dancers and both partners can have fun doing so.

Classes continue:
8:00-9:00 p.m. - Beginner West Coast Swing Class following by Dance Meetup!
Six weeks/six classes for $70
Dance Meetup only: $5
Dance Meetup starts at 8:45 p.m. and attracts all levels of West Coast Swing Dancer - from Beginner up to Advanced. If you haven't done any West Coast Swing before it is advisable to take a series of classes.
