A. Intr-o industrie in continua dezvoltare, care sunt principiile dupa care se ghideaza un tester.
Ne dorim sa subliniem ce anume trebuie sa stie un tester si cum gandeste. Din experientele fiecaruia putem trage concluzii despre probleme comune si cele mai bune abordari pentru solutionarea lor.

Incercam sa atingem subiecte ca:

• Este testerul un "bug hunter"?
• Intotdeauna pune intrebarea "De ce?"
• Ce calitati trebuie sa aiba un tester?
• Cum NU testam totul.

B. Echipa Developer-Tester.
In domeniul nostru, nu este de ajuns ca testerii sa fie buni din punct de vedere tehnic, ei trebuie sa stie sa comunice cu echipa astfel incat sa nu cada in una din extremele "the bad guys" sau "timizii".

Incercam sa atingem subiecte ca:

• Tester Mindset vs Developer Mindset
• Cea mai productiva atitudine pe care o poate avea un tester in echipa
• Exemple de 'Asa DA' si 'Asa NU'

A. In a continuously growing industry, which are the tester's guidelines.
We want to underline what a tester should know and how he/she thinks. From the participants experiences we can conclude what the common problems are and what are the best approaches to solve them.

We want to discuss subjects like:

• Is the tester a "bug hunter"?
• Always ask the question "Why?"
• What are the qualities a tester should have?
• How to NOT test everything.

B. Developer-Tester Team.

In our field of work it is not enough for testers to be good, from a technical point of view, they should know how to communicate with the team so that they don't become "the bad guys" or "the shy guys".

We want to discuss subjects like:

• Tester Mindset vs Developer Mindset
• The most productive attitude a tester can have in the team
• "DOs" and "DON'Ts" examples.
