Workshops Tai Chi Done Right
Aren’t the group lessons and group exercises enough? Isn’t the most important part of Tai Chi the movements? No. These workshops are designed to foster a more comprehensive understanding of Tai Chi Chuan, its theory and its applications. Only after comprehending Tai Chi on the theoretical levels can on truly reap the benefits of Tai Chi. You may choose to use Tai Chi Chuan to improve your health, as a method of self-defense, or simply enjoy it as an art. Either way, these workshops will help and open your mind to a new world. You may start at any session for the series of six 150-minutes workshops.
As an exercise form, Tai Chi is rooted in the Taoist philosophy of Wu-Wei or following the path of nature. For those new to Tai Chi, these workshops will provide them with an in-depth understanding of the principles of Tai Chi, while others with past Tai Chi Chuan training will be benefited from gaining ability to carry out the real strength of Tai Chi Chuan through a San-Shou (Parrying routine) practice.
The underneath strength of all Tai Chi Chuan stances, regardless the different schools, are consisted with the same eight elementary forces. This series of six workshops provide a well designed San-Shou routine to identify and efficiently practice all of them.
Reservations are required.
