Tai' Chi Gung is a profound system of health and regeneration that has been passed down from Lama to Master to Adept to Student in an unbroken lineage for more than 3000 years.

The first school of Tai' Chi Gung was begun in Darchen Tibet by the great Indian Yoga Master Boganathar.  This profound master of 3 yogas (Hatha, Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga) was known in China as great philosopher Lao Tzu.

Tai' Chi Gung includes a series of simple movements and breathing techniques that Lao Tzu developed practicing his Yoga disciplines in China over many decades.  They help any "Tai Chi Gung Player" understand the chi itself from first hand experience.  They learn the true science of how one's physical body, soul, mind and spirit are connected to Nature.

New members of our Tai' Chi Gung meetup who move past the 14 day free trial will receive FREE video links to Master Lama Rasaji's basic standing exercises from his 140 minute practice DVD.

This is a core 20 to 30 minute workout, one that I began practicing daily more than 29 years ago. These are exercises passed down from teacher to student in an unbroken lineage for more than 3000 years.  They balance, ground, center, vitalize and energize the spirit, mind and body in profound ways. The purity of the system makes the exercises very powerful.  90% of all students feel the Chi in their very first class!

New members will also receive an excerpt from Rasaji's 1st book, "The Circle of Chi" by email once a week.

Dues cover the cost of maintaining the group on Meetup.com and they provide funds for securing an indoor space for meetup classes in the winter months.

For some who are new to Tai' Chi Gung, the once a year fee in exchange for the Free exercises and Rasaji's Circle of Chi book is a bit of a no brainer.  Master Lama Rasaji is the first Tai' Chi Gung Lama given permission in the 3000 year tradition to create a DVD and write a book. This information has not been available on a mass scale ever before like this.

For others, they may see the annual dues as their small contribution to pay this information forward.  It keeps the Tai' Chi Gung group going and allows new people to benefit from Tai' Chi Gung who otherwise won't find it.

While I'm a very far from being an unbiased source, the daily practice of Tai' Chi Gung has led my professional music career down a pathway that allows me to feel the soul chill up and down my spine while playing... ON A DAILY BASIS! I (www.MusicByDavidPaul.com)   In terms of my financial life, Tai' Chi Gung helped me to grow my business over 30% in the middle of the deepest recession since the great depression.  In terms of my health, I have been fortunate enough to be able heal what comes my way, and not need the assistance of the medical system at all for more than 30 years, aside from an occasional disagreement with poison ivy.

Thank you,

Master David Paul

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
