WordPress + Freelancing Meetup

Robert Hacala will be giving a presentation on how to be a freelancer: an introduction to finding your purpose, building a personal brand, communicating with clients, making a contract, and red flags to watch out for.

Would anyone else like to give a presentation? I (Nick Budden) have another presentation on exactly how to find freelance work that I could give if nobody else wants to, but I'd rather give an opportunity for someone else to present.

We've moved the event to a bigger space, and rented a projector for the presentations. We'll be at theBase which is near Taipei Main Station, and you can find more information about it here: http://www.thebase.tw/

We've had to pay some rent for the space, so we'll have to collect $100NT but we don't plan to keep any of this and this will also include free tea and coffee for the event. We'll just be using it to help cover the rent of the space, and if there's any left over after the event we'll put it together for anyone wanting a beer after the event.
