About the Speakers

• Tiit Paananen (https://www.linkedin.com/pub/tiit-paananen/1/21b/498), ex-Skyper: Tiit worked his way up through biggest success stories in Estonia and the world from Hansabank and Helmes to Skype. Last 8 years he has built test teams in agile environment globally in Skype. Currently Tiit has taken on the role of Entrepreneur in Residence in Estonian Development Fund where he is scouting his next opportunities in entrepreneurship.
• Lauri Antalainen (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lauriantalainen), founder and CEO of Avocado Games, co-founder of CoreGrow (http://www.coregrow.eu): He started his recent gaming startup less than a year ago after spending the larger part of last couple of years running the first European gaming focused accelerator GameFounder, where he is a co-founder. Previously Lauri founded Advisio, one of the larges business consultancies in Estonia (later sold to Civitta Group), and was co-founder in LogistIT (exit in 2012).
