Sahaja Meditation is meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is full of peace, joy and love for others. It's not just a book or a set of instructions but a living science that opens up gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experience stronger and more joygiving.

What is Sahaja Meditation?

Through Sahaja Meditation you will learn inner balancing techniques that bring about a feeling of calmness, well being and mental clarity. Through experiencing a state of silent meditation we balance ourselves emotionally, physically and spiritually, thus becoming healthier, happier and less stressed or depressed.  Sahaja Meditation is a simple and natural method that actually works. It's also completely free.

What Happens at a Sahaja Meditation Meetup?

Classes typically start with an introduction to the technique followed by some guided meditation to help you relax and achieve the state of mental silence. Some time is spent meditating silently or with music together, and after all are welcome to ask questions, share experiences and get individual support. Typically we spend about an hour together - not long considering the benefits can last a life time.

No special clothing or equipment is needed.  Just be comfortable when you come. All welcome!
