A retired Naval Intelligence Officer with 23 years active duty and nearly 30 total years' service in the intelligence community, Frank served at Special Operations Command Central as Chief of Intelligence Operations, deploying in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He was Chief of the USCENTCOM Red Team. He now consults to the U.S. Government on the perilous phenomenon of Islamic radicalism and adversary decision making processes.

An expert on violent jihad and Islamic terrorism, Frank morphs into the mind of committed jihadist, Fuad Wasul, and takes you on a gripping journey to understanding the true motivation for, and commitment to, violent jihad. His full role-play presentation, "A Journey into Jihad" gives the audience a first-hand account of what inspires and motivates the jihadist as he defends his actions and justifications for violent jihad.
