Welcome to the original Tampa Organizer Meetup!
This is the place to:
***Meet other local Meetup Organizers and Assistant Organizers.
***Enhance your organizing skills
***Get ideas on events and venues
***Exchange tips on improving your Meetups.
We are open to all Meetup Organizers and Assistant Organizers or those who would like to be.
PLUS!...
We will have several "Meetup 101" meetings throughout the year to share ideas and help new organizers.
AND!!!
We will have three outdoor events each year:
A Picnic in November as a salute to Veterans (near Veterans Day).
We have a lot of Meetup people who were/are in the Armed Forces.
Tampa Bay has very important Military and Coast Guard facilities and the people who are stationed there.
And a picnic in the Spring, similar to the one we had in Ft DeSoto on May of 2009. At that particular event, inter-Meetup Networking was encouraged, and the group desires it we could contine.
-PLUS-
The Annual Mad Tea Party and Croquet Tournament a function of the Organizers' Meetup to raise money for charity. To be held on the Sunday before the SuperBowl. More info will be included later.
