Web-limp, part 1

Our web infrastructure is in need of a clean up - the wiki, default licensing, website and other items could all do with some love.

We'll be fixing this over two successive Saturdays.

All are welcome - if you have skills that might be useful (Drupal, Mediawiki, Apache, Postfix, Ubuntu Server in general, anything else you think we could use), then we'd love to have you on board. Or if you're curious how all this stuff works, then come along and you might learn something.
