This introduction Class for you if you would like to try the system to see how it benefits you or if you would like to refresh or practice the basics of the Healing Tao System.

We start by warming up with Chi kung exercises and breathing. Then follow this with a flow of mediations & exercises, giving you a taster of the different elements of the healing Tao and how they all integrate and support each other. You’ll get a bit of Iron Shirt, Tao Yin, the Healing Sounds and the Inner smile. The class is designed as an introduction but you will find your energy levels boosted, spirits lifted and worries gone!
