How can TEAL become our centre of gravity? An exploration.

We invite you to join us on the exciting journey towards TEAL

Roger Martin will facilitate the first part of the meeting before we move into our two TEAL streams:

Mapping of Teal Competences

and

Unleash Our Health (https://www.meetup.com/Teal-Practice-Group/messages/boards/thread/49836648/#129239553)

Roger's session invites us to a joint exploration into some important questions about the way we and those around us experience the Teal stage of consciousness from moment to moment. It explores the extent to which Teal is our centre of gravity – the place we ‘show up’ from most – and the reaction this provokes in others through questions such as:

 What causes movement towards and away from Teal?

 How do we notice shifts in consciousness – the movement (say) from Teal to Orange or Red to Green?

 What are the personal and interpersonal implications of acting from a Teal perspective more of the time - even when working in predominantly Red, Orange or Green cultures?

 How do we help leaders and teams operating from a non-Teal state of consciousness engage with Teal in ways that make sense to them?

The Mapping of Teal Competences is a working group for people interested to grow skills and talents in Teal mentoring.

We have introduced an initial, sketchy Map of Teal Competences that over time can become more and more accurate as we develop it and go through a discovery journey personally and collectively. The intention is to make it open source. In that way, the map can take on a life of its own, be applied in a myriad of ways that support our transition into next stages of consciousness, capabilities and impact on organisations and the world.

Unleashing Our Health is a working group to create projects and/or organisations within health and social care that support self-management, evolutionary purpose and wholeness in people and in what they co-produce together. The working group's purpose is to sense into and co-discover what kind of project within health and social care could model the viability and effectiveness of self-care and preventative healthcare, embedded within the NHS but not controlled by top down management. With a Teal business model, we could develop a highly functional and attractive online platform, providing open source knowledge (knowledge commons) that is easy to navigate and easy to contribute to.

At the meeting you will have a chance to get support to your Teal-inspired projects and connect with like-minded organisational professionals. We hope to see you there.
