For many nonprofits, year-end giving season can be the "make or break" time of year. It varies from organization to organization, but regardless of your percentage, year-end income is too significant to ignore.

Donors are very busy – and very skeptical – so it's essential to be as convenient and transparent for them as possible, in order to make goal.

Valerie Lambert (http://bilou.info), an award-winning fundraiser who has more than 20 years experience, will discuss several points which can increase response rate – as well as average gift – during your year-end campaigns, as we review many of the latest trends in annual giving, including online giving, that is becoming more prevalent, as well as display some good (and not so good) examples to follow.
