Public Transportation

The Microsoft venue is very convenient to public transportation, right next to the Friendship Heights Metro stop on the Red Line.

There is also a parking garage adjacent to the Microsoft facilities. Park in the Bloomingdale / Whole Foods lot. There's a charge, but it's possible Microsoft validates. We'll look into that.

We were just informed that one of the attendees from this meetup stole someone's credit card and bank cards out of someone's purse. When we find out who you are, you will be reported to police, kicked out of this Meetup, and banned from entering the facilities. We are also at risk of losing this venue.

The meeting was great! I was probably the most technically illiterate participant in the audience, and I became aware of important tech services that I did even know existed and why I might need them. I hope to become a regular.

I'm excited to present Foosha tomorrow, but I need your help! I need volunteers to provide their name and phone number for my demo. Volunteers will receive an SMS message sent using Foosha. If you want to be involved please fill out this form: This will only be used for the demo. I will not hold onto any information unless you want me to.

James Madison once said, “A popular government without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a prologue to a farce or a tragedy; or, perhaps both.” Govlish is dedicated to preventing the farce and tragedy that Madison feared.
