Originally from India, Rahul has worked in investment banks in the US and the UK managing the IT behind international trading and back end systems.

Life was all too predictable and when Aurore Hochard shared her dream of creating Taskhub with Rahul, he left behind his career in investment banking to work full time on Taskhub.

Rahul shares Aurore’s vision to make Taskhub a successful company that brings the power of online networks to create valuable offline connections locally within communities across the UK and beyond.
Taskhub is an online marketplace which is localised and buyer initiated.

The company is in the emerging economy of collaborative consumption which represents ‘the reinvention of old market behaviours – renting, lending, swapping, bartering, gifting – through technology, taking place on a scale and in ways never possible before.
It includes its own payments and user authentication services to ensure safety for the user community.

About the Tech Founders Talks

About the Tech Founders Talks

The Tech Founder Talks are informal group sessions, hosted and sponsored by KweekWeek, with successful entrepreneurs where aspiring founders can learn about industry dynamics, funding sources, managing investors, creating advisory boards, negotiating skills, and more.

Hear how they did it - what they did right, what they would do differently, and what they might do next! Then, there will be Q&A where founders can engage in free-flow dialog to gain advice, counsel, and feedback on their entrepreneurial ventures and visions.
