Title: Building SharePoint Solutions with Out of the Box Features and No Code

Abstract:

In this session, we will walk through using SharePoint’s out of the box capabilities to create feature-rich business solutions without the need of coding or third-party applications. In our time together, we will discuss some often overlooked features and we will go through creating a business solution using SharePoint lists, libraries, out of the box web parts, and basic workflow. SharePoint Online will be used for demonstrations, but we will also highlight the differences with it and SharePoint on-premises.

Bio:

Daniel Glenn is the Collaboration Practice Leader for InfoWorks, Inc. and is a Microsoft MVP. He has been building solutions using SharePoint for 14 years and has worked with corporations both large and small throughout his career. Daniel has multiple technical certifications focusing on SharePoint and Office 365 and is the co-founder and President of the Nashville SharePoint Users Group, as well as the Director of SharePoint Saturday Nashville.
