HPCC Dublin Big Data

On the evening of Monday February 1st, meetup with Lexis Nexis here in TechMeetup.space to discuss and learn about the challenges of Big Data and LexisNexis HPCC Systems (High Performance Computing Cluster), a massive parallel-processing computing platform for Big Data processing and analytics. Taking some of your suggestions, during this second event we will go deeper into an extended hands on demo of the platformand a few of its core features, besides a quick talk about the general benefits and architecture of this open source platform.

We'll be at Techmeetup.space, next to the Palace Bar. Address is 8/9 Westmoreland St, but the entrance is through Fleet St.

During the event we'll have coffee, beer and pizza to help with a more informal chat about the topic.

We hope that we can provide you with a good flavour of what HPCC is, as a first approach. Anyway, as you can see in the HPCC documentation , white papers, etc. the platform offers modules and libraries for different use cases. We'll love to hear your comments so that we can focus on any of those for upcoming events. New HPCC 6.0 is already available in beta version. Looking forward to the new features in 2016.
