For a Start-Up, it really is all about the people.. However for a Start-Up - it is also one of the hardest things to get right. How do you attract people when you have a limited budget and resource, you can't afford agencies and yet don't have the time to spend recruiting yourselves.

Furthermore how do you ensure that the people that you do attract are flexible enough to be able to work in this kind of environment? Where there is yet to be structure, everyone has to muck in - and there isn't yet the benefits structure offered by larger organisations.
