Bio
Russell Kirkwood is a .Net Developer working at SCI in Queensbury, NY. He develops in C#, VB, Java (Android), Javascript, Node.js, and whatever else suits the need of the project. Born in NYC, Russell moved to Saratoga with his family in 2002.
