John Masserini is an 18-year veteran of providing information and corporate security services to multi-national Fortune-100 companies, including Dow Jones. He has provided guidance and leadership in world-class financial, pharmaceutical, media, and energy organizations as well as developing leading-edge solutions in venture and startup firms. Sought after for his expertise, he is a regular speaker, presenter, and moderator at numerous Information Security events whose experience provides unique insight into developing and sustaining global information security programs. John was honored as the 2010 Northeast Information Security Executive of the Year by T.E.N. and a 2013 Top 10 Breakaway Leader at the Evanta Global CISO Summit.
Jeff Gardosh, CISO of the City of Philadelphia

Jeff Gardosh serves as the Chief Information Security Officer expanding OIT's information security program and protecting the City's information assets. Jeff joined the City with the Information Security Group when it was founded in 2007 and has worked on all the major security initiatives since then. In addition to operating OIT's security infrastructure Jeff has helped develop policies, design systems, evaluate compliance, and handle litigation and investigation responses. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, a Master's in Information Security and Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Scott Laliberte, Managing Director of Protiviti

As the Managing Director of the Philadelphia office, Scott Laliberte is a one of the leaders of the Global Information Security and Privacy Practice at Protiviti, which provides clients with Information Systems Security and Privacy Services. He has delivered high quality security and privacy services to a variety of clients in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, retail, telecom and other industries.
Scott is a published author, accomplished speaker, and quoted subject matter expert in the area IT systems security and privacy (Financial Times, Securities Industris News, etc.). He co-authored a book about penetration testing and information security called HACK I.T., as well as Defend I.T., a collection of case studies in information security. Scott also served as an instructor for a five-day course on penetration testing techniques and methodologies. He has spoken on information security and privacy topics for a variety of audiences and industries including IAPO, IAPP, ISACA, ISSA, NAFSA, IIA, and HCCA.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Scott was an Information Systems Security Officer for the United States Coast Guard and served as the Information Resource Management Officer, overseeing IT services for the Coast Guard Research and Development Center.

David is a seasoned security professional with 20 years of experience in risk management, information security, compliance, and policy development. David manages security and compliance for Fiberlink Communications, heading SAS70-Type2 and SOC2 Type 2 audits. David also recently led Fiberlink through audits to receive Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) authorization from GSA for Fiberlink’s MaaS360 Cloud Service offering. David helped design Fiberlink’s cloud architecture model and is an active member of the Cloud Security Alliance including co-chair of their Mobile Working Group.
