Finally! A Technology Group on Atlanta's South Side

Peggy Duncan started this Meetup because she was always driving north when she wanted to meet business technology users. She knew she could find small business owners closer to home and then invite the north to come south for a change.

At this meeting, solopreneurs and small business owners network and share ideas, tips, and trends about technology they use every day. Solopreneurs and small business owners who want to dig deeper and learn more should join. Novices who want to expand their knowledge are welcome also.

WHEN AND WHERE WE MEET
Currently, meetings will be held monthly on a Monday from 1-3PM. No set day of the month but an early notice will be sent. Meetings are held at my training center, The Digital Breakthroughs Institute, 1691 Phoenix Blvd, Suite 380, Atlanta (College Park) GA.

MEMBER DESCRIPTION
You should own a non-MLM business or are about to start one.

COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
It only takes a few minutes to complete your profile so please do so and add:

- An actual photo/headshot so we can connect a face to the name.

- Your full name. Include your first and last name (if you forget and need to change later, click Account, Change, and add your full name.

- A brief bio.

- Other information as indicated so we'll know more about you.

We will audit profiles regularly and will delete members who have not complied with this simple request.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring your fully-charged laptop and PDA. WiFi is available. We'll explore Websites and help each other solve problems.

ETIQUETTE
If someone is speaking, we pay them the ultimate respect and pay attention and listen (as opposed to checking email, surfing the Web, etc.). All cell phones are turned off during the meeting. If left on vibrate for emergency contacts, you are expected to leave the room before you answer.

Although we will most likely do business with each other, we're not meeting to sell to each other.

CONTRIBUTION
A monthly fee of $5 is requested when you RSVP "Yes" to help offset Meetup fees.

Refunds are given if you cancel 3 or more days before the Meetup. If refunds get to be too messy to track, I'll stop all.

NO SHOW POLICY
You'll receive periodic reminders about each Meetup. Members who do not RSVP, don't show up when RSVPd YES, or who never show up at meetings will be deleted regularly.
