Tempe Knitters give away a Prop-It Chart Holder, Tuesday May 28th!

Tuesday, May 28th, 4:30 - 7:30 ish PM !

It's time for the monthly raffle! This time, it's the Prop-It Chart Holder!

PROP IT is a collapsible stand made of durable black plastic a freestanding magnetic board and magnetic strips. The chart is placed on the stand with the board behind it. The magnets (in different sizes) are positioned on the chart to highlight the stitching sequences and moved as the work progresses. Elastic page holder keeps the books opened and paper secure. Holds individual charts, patterns, magazines, leaflets, and books. Folds open instantly and closes flat to 8x11 for convenient storage and portability.

As a reminder (if you're new or haven't been here in a while) the monthly prize is different than the weekly raffle. The prize is much nicer, for one thing! If you'd like to be in the drawing, it's another $1 per ticket to participate. Past prizes have been Malabrigo yarn, swifts, Soak wash sets ... so it's good stuff! You don't have to be present to win for this one.

If you've been thinking about attending but haven't yet, please do come! We're all quite friendly and this group exists to help others with their current projects!

Wildflower Bread Company is located inside Chandler Mall, between Dillard's and Macy's. There is a mall entrance right next to Wildflower.

If you're a brand-new knitter -- that is, if you've never picked up needles before -- or if you learned several decades ago and can't remember at all how -- This group is mainly a social group, and while we love being helpful, this group is not set up to teach brand-new knitters! I highly recommend learning from a knitting master, and we do have a lovely lady in our group who is both a knitting teacher and a knitting master!
