What is a Kettlebell

A kettlebell looks like a cannonball with a handle on the top of it. While a lot of people may associate a kettlebell with some of the exercises performed with free weights or machines in the gym, this is far from the truth. Kettlebell exercises bring together strength training and cardio into an effective workout that gets results.

Our boot camps offer much more than what you find in your local gym. We don't use treadmills, elliptical, aerobics, or complicated weight machines. Instead we give you the simple and powerful tools you need to make a positive change in your life, get fit and strong, we will continually change workouts in order to keep challenging you. Our ultimate goal is to help you establish a life lasting perspective on exercise and nutrition.

Quotes from our clients:
“I haven’t considered myself an athlete, but after working with Matt and Kristen at Tennessee Kettlebell, I know that they have helped me become one. Their intense workouts really push me to become stronger, leaner and more flexible without having to spend hours in the gym. Kettlebells aren’t for the weak of mind. They are for the strong willed individual who wants to excel in mind, body and spirit. If you bring the “can do” attitude, Matt and Kristen will help develop the rest. They are the experts at transformation inside and out.” ~Marion

Your instructors at Tennessee and Nashville Kettlebell are certified as RKC Instructors and will take your fitness to a whole new level! Dave Whitley is a Senior RKC Instructor and professional performing strongman. What is an RKC Senior Instructor? The Senior level RKC instructor is by invitation only. The Senior RKC has displayed a combination of superior teaching skills, leadership and physical abilities with the kettlebell. The Senior RKCs are responsible for teaching and testing at Dragon Door and Pavel’s renowned Russian Kettlebell Challenge Instructor certification workshops.

P.S. Remember, the Tennessee and Nashville Kettlebell Boot Camps have a 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE so you have nothing to lose but ugly, unwanted bodyfat.

WARNING: The RKC has an extremely high standard and attending does not mean that you become certified. In fact, the failure rate is typically 20-30%. If someone says they have been to a RKC certification, be sure to check the list of instructors on Dragondoor.com to verify they passed the course.
