Texas Hunting Club Pages

About the Texas Hunting Club
The main goal for this group is to create a group of like minded people that love to hunt, fish, camp and enjoy other outdoor adventure activities. But in order to find good places to hunt, we need to build a network of hunting leases that will give us a discount for our members. Of course free hunts are golden, but in Texas they are hard to find.

Texas Hunting Lease Directory
We plan to make it as easy as possible for Texas ranchers, farmers and land owners to post a description of the hunting lease property, the hunting lease accomodations, wildlife available on the hunting lease and pictures of the hunting leases' past successful hunting trips information. All of this information will be posted into an online Texas Hunting Lease Directory that hunters can look through just like a online hunting catalogue.

Texas Hunting Reservation System
Once hunters find a place they want to hunt, they can check the Texas Hunting Reservation System to see what hunts are available for the time period they want to hunt. Similar to the way a person searches for an airline ticket when they want to fly, hunters will be able to use the Texas Hunting Reservation System to find a hunt trip they want to attend. Then they RSVP yes to the event and pay online with a credit card. This makes it very easy for hunting lease owners to collect money.

As hunting season approaches it also allows them to see exactly how many hunters have paid and will be attending each hunt. This makes it very easy to line up enough hunting guides to take the hunters out into the field, order enough food to feed everyone and to make sure that every room and bed has a hunter in it.

Placing a Texas hunting lease into the hunting reservation system is very simple. You simply build a Texas hunting lease profile and post it to our hunting calendar. If you need help taking pictures, writing up a description or building a profile just give a call at 602-326-0940. We would be happy to help out.

Texas Hunting Marketing Cooperative
Once we have built a Texas Hunting Lease Directory and a Texas Hunting Reservation System, we will then launch a Texas Hunting Reservation Marketing campaign. The cost of the public relations and advertising will be shared across all participating hunting properties. We will use PR to get free stories published in the big newspapers in D/FW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, etc. If we have any money left over, we can also buy some advertising to market this website to potential hunters.

Before the hunting season begins we plan to work with hunting, fishing and camping clubs and allow them to come down and do a couple of campouts for free or a small fee. For fun, we can take people out and let them sit in the blinds with cameras and take pictures. The more pictures they take, the more pictures we can post into our hunting photo ablums. When they show their friends and families pictures of the deer, turkey and pigs, it will be sure to attract hunters that want to harvest what they saw in the pictures.

The Texas Hunting Club: The Best Way to Market Your Hunting Lease to Hunters
There are plenty of online Texas hunting lease websites, but none of them allow hunting ranches, property owners and hunting guides/outfitters to set up a hunting lease or hunting trip that allows hunters to signup and pay for the hunt online. This website can serve as a hunting reservation system for the smallest hunting lease managers to large hunting ranches. Hunt managers can see in real time how many hunters have signed up and paid for upcoming hunts.

The Texas Hunting Club website will allow hunters to research the available hunting leases, browse through the hunting reservation system and then book a hunting trip that is close to home, is within their hunting lease budget requirements and that hosts the type of wildlife they want to hunt.

Once they find a Texas hunting lease that they like, they can simply RSVP "yes" and pay online with any valid credit card. This makes it very easy for ranchers and land owners to sign up hunters for their Texas hunting leases.

This process also makes it easy for hunting trip organizers, hunting guides and hunting outfitters to plan a hunting trips for business, friends, family and non-profit groups and post them online for their group's hunters to review.

Hunting trip organizers can change the details of the trip if needed and communicate privately with all the attending hunters in their group and send them trip updates such as driving directions to the hunting lease, hunting lease wildlife reports, hunting lease game camera photos and can upload their successful hunting pictures at the end of each day so that family members can follow the progress of the hunt.
