What do you hope to get out of Natural Building?

I would like to learn techniques in building structures that have the least amount of impact to the natural environment.

How did you first become interested in Natural Building?

I am a history buff and have long dreamed of building a homestead location that is self-sufficient. I am extremely interested in the frontier time period in Texas and would like for my place to emulate how settlers came to the land and had to carve out a life with the natural resources around them; hence, Natural Building. In short, I would like to use modern techniques to make natural structures similar to historical places.

Introduction

Hello, my name is North. I grew up in Houston and lived in Las Vegas working as a bodyguard, but returned to Houston to go to school. I would like to be a college professor and develop my homestead.
