The Texas Real Estate Investor Circle, where topics range from real estate finance to real estate investments that offer above average returns. Our discussions include topics of real estate notes, private funding, deals, loan servicing, and self-directed IRAs, just to name a few. The group meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at The Egg and I of Bunker Hill. Generally, we have a guest speaker that discusses their real estate specialty. The guest speaker on August 19 will be Robert Young, founder of the Texas Note Company, discussing real estate notes.
